IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO SHARE YOUR REQUIREMENTS TO QUICKLY IDENTIFY AN INTERIM MANAGER
CONTACT USInterim management involves recruiting an external executive or specialist for a specific and time-limited assignment: ensuring temporary leadership coverage, managing a strategic project or transformation, or handling an exceptional or crisis situation.
While capable of conducting a diagnosis and defining an action plan, the interim manager operates from within the company, unlike consultants. They work directly with teams, help guide operations, define strategic directions, and make operational decisions.
The interim manager reports on the results of the assignment based on clear, measurable objectives within a short timeframe (typically from 3 to 18 months).
They generally work on-site and full-time, although assignments may also be carried out on a shared-time basis.
It is also possible to permanently recruit the interim manager to sustain or expand the effects of the transformation initiated during the assignment.
Our interim management specialists review with you the overall context and the specific needs of the assignment and immediately formulate a proposal detailing the characteristics of the required profile(s) as well as the expected operational outcomes.
VIDAL ASSOCIATES researchers rely on our internal talent pool and, when necessary, a wide range of external search tools to very quickly identify, within two to three days, a list of executive or specialist profiles suited to the specific needs of the assignment.
Our interim management specialists ensure the relevance of the selected profiles through assignment-specific interviews and personal assessments, as well as verification of financial conditions, availability, and possible mobility. When necessary, a team bringing together several complementary profiles may be proposed. A confidentiality and exclusivity agreement is systematically established with the interim managers selected for the assignment.
Validation interviews with the selected interim managers are organized very quickly with the relevant stakeholders within your organization to confirm the suitability of the profiles for your specific needs and enable a rapid start to the assignment.
VIDAL ASSOCIATES enters into a service agreement with its client, defining in particular the purpose, duration, and location of the assignment. This agreement specifies the fees paid in return for the services provided (per day worked), as well as any conditions for interruption or extension.
VIDAL ASSOCIATES simultaneously subcontracts part of its contractual obligations to the interim manager through a subcontracting agreement, either directly with the manager’s company or, where applicable, through an umbrella company.
This contract specifies an average daily rate (ADR) paid in return for the services provided (per day worked), as well as any conditions for interruption or extension.
Weekly individual follow-ups and regular tripartite meetings allow adjustments to the intervention and ensure objectives are achieved.
Closing meetings make it possible to transfer completed actions and ensure lasting results. Recruiting the interim manager on a permanent basis may also be considered to extend the momentum initiated during the assignment.
