Our client is an international group (350 employees, €50M turnover) in the railway industry based in Hanover. To support their continuous growth, we are looking for a Part-time Human Resources Officer:

Human Resources Officer
Based in Hanover (Part-time)

Mission 
As a Human Resources Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing and developing our human capital. You will work closely with the Group Human Resources Management (based in France) to ensure a harmonious and productive work environment:
- Participate in the recruitment process, from posting job offers to selecting candidates.
- Assist in the administrative management of personnel (contracts, personnel files, tracking absences, etc.).
- Contribute to the implementation of HR policies and ensure their compliance.
- Organize and conduct orientation sessions for new employees.
- Participate in organizing training and developing employees' skills.
- Support ongoing HR projects and bring innovative ideas.

Profile
- Degree in human resources, management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience (including internships) in a company's HR department.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
- Flexible, pedagogical, and a team player.
- Proficiency in French and/or English.
