VIDAL ASSOCIATES Consulting & Search, a leading firm in the recruitment of specialist managers and executives in France and internationally, is recruiting for its client a Key Account Manager - Railway Sector M/F (Home Office).

Our client develops high value-added technical services, particularly in the railway market. As part of its growth in Germany, we are recruiting:

Sales Manager - Railway Sector - Germany M/F
Location :  Home Office

Mission
Reporting to the Group Sales Department, you will define and implement the sales strategy for Germany:
- Develop the revenue of our service offerings (maintenance and repair contracts) with industrial clients and transport networks
- Identify the most relevant tenders and provide technical and commercial responses
- Conduct prospecting activities and participate in trade shows
- Work closely with our technical teams based in Hanover
- Provide regular reporting of your actions

Profile
- Higher education, ideally technical (Engineer, etc.),
- Successful sales experience (minimum 7 years) in selling technical solutions to players in the railway sector in Germany.
- Technical credibility (engine, electronics, etc.).
- Commercial temperament (hunter/farmer) and customer satisfaction-oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to adapt to all types of interlocutors.
- Actively listening, autonomous, and rigorous.
- Fluent in English and/or French
